Everything you enter — profile (name, sex, age, height, weight, goal), workouts, sets and reps, routines, body weight, food diary and water intake, and your questions to the Smart Coach — is stored only on your device. There is no account and no server: we never receive this data. All calculations (calorie and macro targets, muscle recovery, personal records, Smart Coach analysis and answers) run entirely on the device. The Smart Coach does not send your data to any artificial intelligence service.
The app does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or Apple Health.
Premium users can export their data as JSON and CSV files through the system share sheet. Where you save or send these files is your choice.
The free version shows non-personalized ads from Google AdMob: a banner and, at most once every few minutes, a full-screen ad at natural breaks (for example after finishing a workout, never during a workout). The app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for consent with Google's certified consent form; you can change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy choices. The ad SDK may process device type, operating system, language and country, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad views and clicks and diagnostic data. It never accesses your training, body or nutrition data. AuraLift Premium removes all ads.
AuraLift Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold by Apple. Payment, free trial eligibility, renewals and cancellations are handled entirely by Apple: we never receive payment details. The app only checks with the App Store whether a subscription is active.
AuraLift provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not a medical device. Calorie targets, recovery estimates and Smart Coach answers are estimates; consult a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Since we don't hold your training data, you control it: you can edit it, export it (Premium) or delete everything in Settings → Delete all data. Deleting the app also deletes all data. For questions about advertising data write to us or use the link above.
We will update this page if the app's data practices change. The date at the top is the current version.

I tuoi dati restano sul dispositivo. Profilo, allenamenti, serie, schede, peso corporeo, diario alimentare, acqua e domande allo Smart Coach sono salvati solo sul tuo dispositivo: nessun account, nessun server. Tutti i calcoli (obiettivi, recupero muscolare, record, analisi e risposte dello Smart Coach) avvengono sul dispositivo; nessun dato viene inviato a servizi di intelligenza artificiale.
Permessi. Solo notifiche, per la fine del recupero e i promemoria che attivi. Nessun accesso a posizione, contatti, fotocamera, microfono o Salute.
Pubblicità (versione gratuita). Annunci non personalizzati di Google AdMob: un banner e, al massimo ogni qualche minuto, un annuncio a schermo intero nelle pause naturali (mai durante l'allenamento). Nessun tracciamento tra app e siti di altre aziende. In SEE, Regno Unito e Svizzera chiediamo il consenso con il modulo certificato di Google (modificabile in Impostazioni). L'SDK pubblicitario non accede mai ai tuoi dati di allenamento, corporei o alimentari. Premium elimina tutta la pubblicità.
Abbonamenti. AuraLift Premium è un abbonamento auto-rinnovabile venduto da Apple: pagamenti, prova gratuita, rinnovi e disdette sono gestiti da Apple e non riceviamo dati di pagamento.
Salute. AuraLift fornisce informazioni generali su allenamento e alimentazione e non è un dispositivo medico. Consulta un medico prima di iniziare un nuovo programma.
I tuoi diritti. Puoi modificare, esportare (Premium) o cancellare tutti i dati in Impostazioni › Cancella tutti i dati; eliminando l'app si cancella tutto.
