The app. Diario Scuola Plus is a personal school planner provided "as is". Averages and the "what grade do I need" calculation are estimates and may differ from your school's official records.
Your data. Your data is stored on your device: you are responsible for it and for making backups. We are not liable for data lost because of device failure, deletion of the app or accidental changes.
Recordings and photos. Recording classes or taking photos must respect local law and your school's rules. Get the required consent before recording other people.
Ads and purchases. The free version shows ads. The one-time "Remove ads" purchase is processed by Apple or Google under their terms and can be restored on your devices with the same account.
Intellectual property. The app and its design are protected by copyright. Reverse engineering and unauthorized redistribution are not allowed.
Liability. The app does not replace your school's official register and does not guarantee any school result.

On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
